Eligibility for Returns

  • The order received does not match what was confirmed or invoiced
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Clear photographic evidence of the product is submitted where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Products not stored according to recommended conditions after delivery
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind after purchase
